RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
If you receive an item that appears to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at nicola@cocobaynz.com. We will assess the situation and determine whether the item was faulty prior to shipping or if the damage occurred during transit.
Shipping damage policy
While we ensure that all items are packaged securely, once the package is handed over to the courier, any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please be aware that the courier company may be liable for the damage. We recommend contacting the courier service directly to file a claim for reimbursement. You may need to provide evidence of the damage such as photographs of the item and packaging. If you require assistance during this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us
Items purchased during promotional sales or items bought with a discount code are not eligible for a return or refund. Customer is responsible for returning cost.
REFUNDS
If you change your mind about the items you ordered and decide you no longer wish to keep them you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible in the same form of payment used for your order, upon receiving the returned items. Items purchased during promotional sales or items bought with a discount code are not eligible for a return or refund. Customer is responsible for returning cost.
