These terms and Conditions govern your use of my services. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Booking, checkout and Payment

Customers must book sessions in advance. Full payment is required at time of booking. Acceptable methods of payment are credit card, bank transfer. Please refer to the additional info sections for each of my offerings. They provide helpful tips and insights on booking and other important details to ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable experience

 

Cancellation and refund policy

Customers can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or credit. Products purchased are explained in our Returns and Refund page.

 

No show policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, however to respect the time of both our customers and our services, we have implemented the following no show policy:

1. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without 24 hours notice will be classified as a no show

2. In the event of a no show, the full payment for the session is non refundable

3. We encourage clients to reschedule if they cannot make their appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs

4. We will send reminder notifications prior to your appointment 

5. We will use discretion in certain circumstances, for example illness or an emergency. Please reach out to us.

 

Women only space policy

Our clinic operates as a sacred and nurturing environment exclusively for women. All healing sessions and mini workshops are facilitated in a home based private clinic designed to support the well being and comfort of our female clients.

Workshop participation

All workshops are exclusively for women. Participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated.

 

Liability waiver

Customers acknowledge that services provided are for relaxation and wellness purposes and do not substitute for medical treatments. Clients agree to inform me of any medical conditions or concerns before their sessions.

 

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their appointments. If a client is late, the session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

Health and safety

All services are conducted in a safe and hygienic environment. Clients are encouraged to maintain their health and wellbeing and communicate any discomfort during sessions.

 

Privacy policy

Personal information collected is for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent .

 

Skincare

Our oils and serums are crafted for topical use only. Clients are encouraged to perform patch tests prior to use to check for any allergies or sensitivities. We take pride in using high quality, natural ingredients to ensure the best experience for our clients.

 

Disclaimer

While we strive to provide beneficial and transformative healing services, it is important to understand that results may vary for each individual. Healing is a personal journey, and each person's experience will be unique based on their individual circumstances, mindset, personal beliefs, emotional readiness, physical condition and openness to the process. I encourage all clients, especially those who are new to healing, to approach their sessions with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process.

I reserve the right to modify these Terms And Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or website.
